Hi. this is annie. I am writing songs and poems, and one of it is "shadows of the celts"
do you see the shadows on the wall?
their faces are bent to you all
these are the shadows of the ancient celts
and the border between the world melts.
Do you hear the thunder growl
do you see the cloudwalls roll?
see there the druid in the setting sun
making a high and holy plan.
from Where dothese shadows all be
from nowhere, the or from the sea?
softly like a cool breeze in the dark of the night
watching our world, be aware. they might!
There is also a german version of it, but I think you won't understand that thing. so I tried to make an English version. what can I do better or change on this? what you think of it?

the only criticism I have is that a couple of lines don't rhyme, and if you want them to then you have an issue, but they don't have to.
yeah I know but I have no idea how else I should translate this from german into English, coz in german it really rhymes, except one line^^
Yeah, I was just going to point out the fact that the rhyme scheme doesn't remain constant because it was translated from another language.
Annie, this is very nice. I love that there's very much nature intertwined into this song. It really reminds me of how the Celts are animistic.
yeah, exactly. and I believe in the paranormal and parallel worlds. and the sung version in german, together with the piano background music is opening a door to the celtic underworld. who wants me to send the end version in German to his/her E-mail contact me anytime.
I also find the paranormal fascinating! I love this peace!
yeah, I just told you I could send it to you. thre is also another song in work called tir na nog, but it is instrumental. I have to record it stil, but I might send it to one of you. who likes.
so, another song now, as there's nothing going on right here! I wrote it, when I was depressed about my love leaving me. some of you know, that my ukrainian boy I loved, had left me. the song is also arranged quite celtic, and there are traces of the scottish dialect in there. it actually was called "my lad has gone away from me" but I changed "lad" to "love" It is originally written in English, so here's the song, together with instrumentation information:
